Alaant Workforce Solutions Wins Prestigious Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards

Alaant Workforce Solutions (Alaant), the Capital Region’s leading professional workforce services firm, today announced it has won two prestigious awards for superior performance – the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award – based exclusively on outstanding service ratings given by the companies, candidates and placed employees it serves. Alaant is the only locally owned, locally operated firm in the Capital Region to be honored.

The awards, presented by ClearlyRated and CareerBuilder, are earned by fewer than 2 percent of all recruiting firms in North America. They demonstrate exceptional customer satisfaction as measured by a rigorous survey conducted by ClearlyRated (formerly Inavero), the world’s leading provider of client and job candidate service quality research for staffing agencies.

“We are thrilled to be honored once again as one of the nation’s best workforce services firms. This recognition is particularly special as it comes from the companies and candidates we are privileged to serve,” said Miriam Dushane, Managing Partner of Alaant Workforce Solutions. “These awards reflect the outstanding professional team at Alaant, which is passionate about providing deep expertise and impeccable service that enable employers to grow their businesses and employees to advance their careers.”

Alaant has now won the Best of Staffing® Client Award for three consecutive years. Alaant received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 72 percent of the employers it works with – far above the industry average of 11 percent. The same percentage of clients said they were very likely to recommend Alaant to a friend or colleague, more than twice the industry average.

This is the first time Alaant has pursued – and won – the Best of Staffing® Talent Award. In surveys with job seekers and candidates placed in positions, 80 percent gave Alaant satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10, far exceeding the industry average of 24 percent. When asked if they would recommend Alaant to a friend or colleague, 84 percent said they were very likely to, nearly double the industry average.

Best of Staffing® is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes firms proven to provide superior service based completely on the ratings given to them through third party, validated survey responses. Clients of winning agencies are more than twice as likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates they’ve placed are nearly twice as likely to be completely satisfied, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

“In today’s historically tight labor market, hiring managers and job seekers need a clear and reputable way to vet potential staffing and recruiting partners,” said ClearlyRated’s CEO Eric Gregg. “Best of Staffing winners have set themselves apart by demonstrating their commitment to client and candidate service, investing in a survey and feedback program that brings transparency to the client and talent experience at their firm. I’m thrilled to showcase these service leaders alongside their validated client and talent ratings on ClearlyRated.com!”

Formerly Linium Recruiting, Alaant has been named by Forbes to its list of America's Best Recruiting Firms for the past two consecutive years. With a comprehensive approach to helping companies attract, acquire, engage and retain premier employees – including innovative practice areas such as Talent Acquisition Partnerships and Employer Brand Strategy – Alaant works with employers to build highly motivated, high-performing teams for long-term success.
