Alaant Workforce Solutions Named to Forbes List of America’s Best Recruiting Firms for the Third Consecutive Year

Alaant Workforce Solutions (Alaant), the Capital Region’s leading professional workforce services firm, today announced it has been selected by Forbes as one of America's Best Recruiting Firms 2019. This is the third consecutive year Alaant has received this prestigious designation, and again this year, it is the only agency in the Capital Region to be recognized among the nation’s premier recruiting firms.

Alaant was named one of America's Best Professional Recruiting Firms, based on a survey involving thousands of recruiters, human resource managers, and job candidates from across the country.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Forbes for the third straight year as one of the nation’s best recruiting firms. This prestigious honor reflects a sustained commitment to excellence that is part of our DNA,” said Miriam Dushane, Managing Partner of Alaant Workforce Solutions. “I commend our world-class team, which combines unmatched expertise, a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity with a passion for ensuring that our clients attract, acquire, engage and retain outstanding talent to grow their bottom lines and build their businesses.”

To develop its list of America’s Best Recruiting Firms, Forbes worked with analytics leader Statista to survey 25,000 recruiters, and 5,000 human resource managers and job candidates, who have worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive and professional search categories. Firms could not nominate themselves; last year’s findings were considered. More than 17,000 nominations were collected, and firms with the most recommendations were ranked highest.

The honor from Forbes is the second prestigious national recognition for Alaant this year. In February, Alaant received the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award from ClearlyRated – also for the third consecutive year. These awards, based exclusively on outstanding service ratings given by companies, candidates and placed employees served, are earned by fewer than 2 percent of all recruiting firms in North America.

Formerly Linium Recruiting, Alaant is recognized for its comprehensive approach to helping companies attract, acquire, engage and retain premier employees. It offers innovative practice areas such as Talent Acquisition Partnerships and Employer Brand Strategy, and works closely with employers to build highly motivated, high-performing teams for long-term success.
