Our roots start in new York City's Lower East Side in 1950 with our Great Grandpa Sam. It was a time when barrels of cured meat and pickles lined the streets. Pastrami piled high on rye has always been our specialty. Since then, we're traveling up the Hudson to where we now make a full NY delicatessen line with proven family recipes and the finest traditional ingredients.
