Training and Curriculum Specialist - Rate of pay range $16.83 - $20.00 per hour

The Training and Curriculum Specialist will develop and provide training for both front and back office team members with a focus on new Teller and Branch/Contact Center service rep training. They will also develop and provide training on additional topics and initiatives relevant to the credit union as needed. The training curriculum will consist of classroom and on-the-job training with special emphasis on new hires. The Training and Curriculum Specialist must maintain up-to-date and proficient Teller and service rep skills. Will be required to assist in writing and maintaining procedures for manuals, participate on committees and/or special training projects, and be given the opportunity to attend professional development events. Must possess a desire to assist others in their professional growth and development and have the ability to adapt instruction to meet training needs. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training experience is required. Must have excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication, writing ability and organization.
