Joseph’s House and Shelter is a non-profit agency supporting those experiencing homelessness. We are an essential business and our dedicated staff have worked through the entirety of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are currently seeking temporary/seasonal employees to staff a drop-in center during our “Code Blue” season. “Cold Blue” is a program that offers shelter during times when the temperature drops below 32 degrees.
We are looking for non-judgmental, empathetic, and reliable workers to staff this program during the “Code Blue” months.
The hours for this program include evenings and weekends. Pay for these positions is $13.20 an hour.
Respite staff is also needed for our Permanent Supported Housing program. The Supported Housing program serves formerly chronically homeless individuals within Joseph’s House’s buildings. These programs are staffed 24 hours a day.
