Description:

Greenbush Child Caring, Inc. is seeking Site Directors for School-Age Programs

Education
•Associate Degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical
Education, Recreation, or related field, AND 2 years experience directly working
with children under the age of 15 years, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.
OR
•School age Child Care Credential AND two years direct experience working
with children under the age of 15 years, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.

•Positive, Patient, Friendly, Upbeat Attitude
•Behavior Management

Full-time position, 32-35 hours per week: Mon-Fri. 6:45-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00
p.m. or shifts between 7 a.m.-6 p.m.

Additional weekly hour include office time, shopping, planning, meetings, etc.

Benefits: After 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for health
insurance, 3 personal days, and begin to accrue sick and vacation time. We offer
paid snow days and holidays. Employees have the option to enroll in Dental and
Aflac insurance at a cost to them. Eligible employees will also have the option to
participate in a SIMPLE IRA
