MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Membership Development Officer will be responsible for the Community Outreach Programs. Will be expected to be highly motivated, positive and outgoing in order to represent First New York at business partner/school meetings and community events. Should be comfortable in scheduling and coordinating on-site business partner visits. Must grow and maintain existing business partner relationships by maximizing every opportunity to promote credit union membership through introduction and education of First New York products, services and technology. Will be able to develop marketing strategies and assist in determining annual goals.
First New York is looking for an individual who is professional, can work independently and has excellent skills in presentations, written/verbal communication, organization and planning. Must be experienced in Microsoft programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field or equivalent work experience required. Minimum three years’ experience in marketing, sales or membership development required.
