Member Business Lending Coordinator

First New York FCU is seeking a Member Business Lending Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the processing and servicing of Member Business loans. This individual will assist the AVP of Commercial Lending to obtain necessary documentation for all new and existing Member Business Loans. Additional duties will include coordinating with the outside vendors, members, realtors, and appraisers as loans are processed and funded. Strong member service skills and the desire to assist our business members is key. Will maintain a schedule for all existing business loans for annual review, will review loan application file to verify application data is complete, and maintain written procedures of work processes. Responsibilities will include setting up property tax information, following up on post-closing documentation and preparing various reports. Coordinator will be expected to interact with lending operations’ personnel regarding servicing.

At least two years of lending or loan processing experience necessary along with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or similar education. Must be fluent in MS Excel and Word. Excellent verbal, written and member service skills expected.
