Loan Operations Administrator

First New York Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Operations Administrator to be responsible for certain areas of compliance of the lending program. This will include quality control, HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) reporting, document retention, and collateral recording of consumer loans. Will be responsible for loan servicing, including file maintenance, HMDA data collection, internal quality control procedures for home equity and flex mortgage loans. Ensures all regulatory disclosures are in compliance and provided to borrowers and processes the release of mortgages. Assists during external loan reviews and audits.
Three years of related experience in loan operations/quality control environment expected. Should have Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. Must work in a team environment and show strong communication and problem solving skills. Will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of loan operations, policies and procedures.
