Capital Region Millwork Installations provides comprehensive millwork procurement, installation and restoration. Since CRMI ownership opened the doors, with tool-belts on and the intention of providing careers for themselves, our dedicated team has provided turn-key installation packages for thousands of apartment units throughout Upstate New York.
CRMI excels in both the public and private sector commercial construction. CRMI maintains industry leading insurance coverages, in-house safety training and employee benefit packages. We have specialists in all areas of finish carpentry, including custom millwork fabrication on and off-site. CRMI also maintains a highly trained staff of commercial door and hardware experts who can perform large-scale installs and provide custom security and closure solutions.
CRMI began as a business proposition between two friends, reunited in business after a decade exploring the industry. Kevin and Isaiah bring together project experience from the coast of Maine to the snowy peaks of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, and over a decade of local industry experience and extensive supplier relationships.
CRMI has set a new benchmark for commercial millwork enterprises in Upstate New York and beyond. In 2016 the founders adopted the slogan: “We have coping skills.” Initially this mantra was a simple double entendre meant not only to confirm that we are trim carpenters, but also to create a smile or two. In the last 3 years we have come to realize that our “coping skills”, as they relate to lean project execution, relationship building, and overarching human resource management strategy, are unparalleled in the industry. CRMI’s commitment to excellence in the field, dynamic and holistic management, and our laser focus on team and family, will always set us apart.
