Description:

Albany Diocesan Cemeteries seeks a dependable, pleasant, ethical, task-oriented candidate to work in the Most Holy Redeemer office in Niskayuna. This position preforms administrative and clerical duties in support of the Cemetery Director. Duties and responsibilities include funeral order intake and processing, furnishing documentation as needed for families and funeral directors, administering memorial paperwork, securing approvals, entering contracts, preparing correspondence and documents as needed, and assisting with quarterly memorial masses and events. This role manages a multi-line phone system, answers calls and transfers as required. We're looking for a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across offices and departments.
