We are currently seeking a person to join our team at our main office located in Mechanicville.

The Driver Reconciliation Specialist Team Member is responsible for live check in of all drivers including tracking and verifying their payments, paperwork and product variances. This staff member is responsible for completing the daily deposit, processing all closing procedures at the end of business each night and processing all month end procedures on the last working day of each month. The Driver Reconciliation specialist assists the Accounts Receivable department with tracking and researching pricing issues and missing proof of delivery paperwork. This position will also have other general office responsibilities.

The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm. This position’s schedule requires some flexibility as business needs dictate.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

2 years’ experience or more in an office setting preferred
Associate’s Degree
Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and good follow up
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
General knowledge of computers that can be translated to our VIP beverage system
