From our family -farmers, to our processing plants our CDL drivers play a critical role in delivering the end product to our customers so that local brand milk is available to purchase. We focus on community relations, quality product, a high degree of integrity, and a passion for dairy. On average, our drivers can earn up to $72,000-$80,000 with OT and other incentives. We also offer a $5000 sign on bonus ($2500 payable after 90 days of service, $2500 payable after 180 days of service.
