Unity House of Troy is looking for a Grants and Contracts Administrator to join its Grants and Contracts Department, which manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of government grants and contracts with strict deadlines and compliance requirements. The Grants and Contracts Administrator is a full time position that will: review requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinate effort to respond to RFPs, work with program to draft narratives and logic models, assemble application packages in accordance with funder guidelines, monitor and report on the status of grants, and maintain tracking systems. This position will work closely with all of Unity House's departments as well as with funders and community partners. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in an open office space. Requirements: a deep commitment to the mission of Unity House, a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience with federal and state grants and contracts, attention to detail, superb time management skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to produce consistent high quality work. Must be able to meet all deadlines and have facility working in multiple online systems. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Candidate must have a valid NYS driver's license in good standing and vehicle.
