'Twas the Night Before Christmas was originally published on December 23rd, 1823. In celebration of it's bicentennial, we will be holding a luncheon at the Troy Public Library. We will also be holding a zoom meeting during the event to engage with other people around the country who have a passion for ‘Twas.
