Join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating Uncle Sam Athletics.

The facility was formerly Collar City CrossFit and rebranded as Uncle Sam Athletics. The facility has increased its membership by 50% since the new owner took over and continues to grow.  Currently through the end of the year they are holding free community workouts every Saturday mornings and are holding its first workout for a cause on Saturday, October 27th, where money raised will support STRIDE Adaptive Sports.

Their most sought after services are cross-training memberships, which are for the group classes run daily. These classes consist of a warm-up and mobility work, strength training, and some form of metabolic conditioning, then typically core/accessory work at the end of the session. The training sessions change each day to ensure members are getting adequate rest periods and reaching their fitness goals in a safe and timely manner. Unlike many strength and conditioning facilities, quality movement and exercise technique are top priorities. This enables their clients to start moving and feeling better in day to day activities as soon as they start. These classes are open to all backgrounds, ages, genders, and fitness levels. Each session may be modified or scaled to fit an individuals needs.

Uncle Sam Athletics also offers personal training and semi-private athlete training and team training. With these services, clients go through a movement screen and initial assessment, then receive a personalized, sport/goal-specific training program and train in a 1-on-1 or small group setting.

The facility will be expanding its schedules to offer additional class times in October, and have more services still in the works
