Our guest expert, Siena College’s Charles F. Seifert, will share strategies for enhancing your effectiveness as a leader. We’ll discuss crucial skills including communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, time management, problem-solving and other aspects of supervising in today's world. You’ll leave ready to bring new life to your management style.

Chuck F. Seifert is dean for the School of Business at Siena College and a professor of Management. He holds a BA in Economics from the University at Buffalo, a MBA in Finance from Sage Graduate School, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from the University at Albany. His teaching and research interests include: leadership effectiveness; enhancing multisource feedback programs, influence strategies, corporate governance, and applied statistics. He has presented his research at over 40 regional, national, and international conferences. His work has also been published in 19 peer-reviewed journals. Several of the journals are ranked as the most influential journals in the field including; Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Research Methods.
