CSArch Announces Three New Hires



CSArch, a leading architecture, engineering and construction management firm in the Capital Region, is pleased to announce the addition of three strategic hires to its firm: Paul Conant AIA, Senior Associate; Mark Landon AIA LEED AP BD+C, Senior Associate; and Phillip Quindara, Director of Marketing.

Mark Landon joins CSArch as a Project Manager with 34 years of practice in architecture. He is responsible for contract management, programming, concept design/development, construction documents, and project coordination and management. Mark also supports the firm’s marketing efforts.

Paul Conant joins CSArch with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of national and international projects. He is responsible for leading consultant and in-house design teams through the development and bidding of various projects. Paul supervises staff, provides technical leadership and mentoring, and ensures quality control.

Phil Quindara joins CSArch with nearly 20 years of marketing experience in a range of industries, including architecture, engineering, and energy. He is responsible for directing the firm’s marketing and communications initiatives to support firm-wide business goals.

CSArch was founded in 1991 and has experienced significant growth over the past several years.
